Salary: $63,000–$70,000/year (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time
United Way St. Croix and Red Cedar Valleys (UW Valleys) is hiring a Director of Development to lead fundraising efforts across our six-county service area in Western Wisconsin. This role will oversee annual and planned giving, workplace campaigns, and special events, while also supporting key marketing and outreach initiatives.
We're looking for a motivated professional with proven fundraising experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for community impact.
