Ambassador
The Chamber Ambassador's Club acts as the public relations and goodwill group of the Chamber. This group welcomes new businesses to the community, visits members, conducts ribbon cuttings, and acts as the official welcome and host group of the Chamber. They also organize the annual Golf Outing which has grown to over 140 participants.
Board of Directors
Mission: The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Chamber of Commerce. It is responsible for setting strategic goals, establishing policies, ensuring that member needs are met through programs, adhering to the Chamber's bylaws, overseeing the financial health of the organization, and conducting the annual meeting.
Composition: The Board shall consist of up to 13 voting members. The goal is to ensure representation from diverse sectors within the Chamber’s service areas, including, but not limited to, the following: retail, industrial, education, financial, professional, hospitality, medical, and individual or home-based businesses. Additionally, one representative from a local university should be included. The Board shall also include Ex Officio, non-voting members: the City Administrator and the Chamber CEO.
Terms: Directors shall serve a term of three (3) years and may serve a maximum of two (2) consecutive terms. However, the immediate past Chair shall serve an additional one (1) year term with voting privileges.
Executive Committee
Mission:
The Executive Committee shall act on behalf of the Board of Directors for matters requiring immediate attention when the Board is not in session. It is accountable to the Board for all actions taken. The Executive Committee also serves as the Personnel Committee for the Board.
Composition:
The Executive Committee shall consist of the Chair, Past Chair, Chair-Elect, Treasurer, and CEO. Additionally, up to two (2) at-large members from the Board may be appointed to the Executive Committee.
Terms:
The members of the Executive Committee shall serve for the duration of their terms as specified in their respective roles on the Board (e.g., Chair, Past Chair, Chair-Elect, Treasurer). At-large members shall serve a term of one (1) year, with the option to serve consecutive terms if reappointed.
Government Relations
The purpose of the Government Relations Committee is to support staff in developing strong relationships with elected officials representing the River Falls area, advocating for policies that support sustainable economic growth, supporting efforts of partners to bring State and Federal investments to River Falls and keeping members informed about government affairs that impact their business and organizations.
Tourism Committee
The purpose of the Tourism Advisory Committee is to promote and encourage tourism in River Falls through projects, initiatives, and/or events that are likely to generate paid overnight stays at more than one establishment. The primary role of the Tourism Advisory Committee is to serve as an advisory council for the development and execution of the tourism marketing plan, advertising schedule, and budget to promote tourism in River Falls. The Chair shall serve as a member of the Board during their two (2) year term.

Provide support to employers facing workforce challenges by raising awareness to existing and future opportunities within our community.
