A class that is half Mixed Level and half Yoga Stretch! Join us this Memorial Day for a special yoga class that’s the perfect mix of movement and mellow! We’ll start with a fun, mixed-level flow to energize your body, then ease into feel-good stretches to help you unwind. It’s the best of both worlds—celebrate the holiday with community, breath, and a little extra joy on your mat!
